By downloading or using the Favesave app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who we are

Favesave is an app developed and operated independently. If you have any questions about this privacy policy, please contact us at hello@favesave.app.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Favesave

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

  • You may only create one account per person

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. What you can do

With Favesave you can:

  • Create lists of your favorite places, products, and things

  • Share your lists publicly or keep them private

  • Discover and fave items from other users' lists

  • Follow other users and see their activity

5. What you cannot do

Favesave has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, explicit or violent content, and spam.

You may not:

  • Use Favesave for illegal purposes

  • Post content that is offensive, harmful, or misleading

  • Impersonate other people or brands

  • Spam other users

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the app

  • Scrape or copy data from the app without permission

6. Your content

  • You own the content you create in Favesave

  • By making a list public, you give other Favesave users the right to view and fave your items

  • We do not claim ownership of your content

  • You are responsible for the content you post

7. Our content

  • The Favesave name, logo, and design are our intellectual property

  • You may not use our branding without permission

8. Availability

  • We aim to keep Favesave available at all times, but we cannot guarantee this

  • We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time

  • We are not liable for any loss of data or interruption of service

9. Limitation of liability

Favesave is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Any loss of data

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Content posted by other users

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account immediately and without notice if you violate these terms, including posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior. We will act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours by removing the content and suspending or deleting the account responsible. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@favesave.app.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
